Package Your Items

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
