What is DTF printing and how does it benefit my apparel?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing involves printing designs onto a special film and transferring them onto fabric using heat. It provides vibrant colors, excellent durability, and works on almost any fabric type, including cotton, polyester, and blends.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard processing takes 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your custom prints sooner.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
To ensure the highest print quality, we recommend uploading high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG files with a transparent background. We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD files.
Can I return custom-printed items?
Because custom orders are unique to your design, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part. Please review your design and sizing carefully before placing your order.
How should I wash my DTF-printed garments?
To maintain the longevity of the print, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, and tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the best results.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large fashion brands?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. The more transfers or garments you order, the lower the unit price. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on orders exceeding 50 units.
